Stadium Wy, Eccles, ManchesterFirstly let me start by saying that the server Antonia is an absolute credit to this establishment. Kind, attentive and a smile on her face throughout the service . I have a visible disability and she made sure I was seen to throughout my full meal . The lady on the desk forgot my straw and she made sure to grab it for me ! The food was pleasant but not outstanding but once again Antonia came to the rescue and made sure to refill my salt and pepper when I mentioned it was out . As she was taking away my plates she recommend me the “mars attack “ cake and my goodness was it great great portion size and came with options of custard , cream or ice cream

233-235, Monton Rd, Eccles, ManchesterMark the manager and Chris (owner /Director ) both were really attentive and looked after group of 15 with ease . Starters and mains served in good time even though they were busy . All food presented well with no compromise on service or quality . Ddffinately worth visit and my team echoed same views.

Eccles Fish Bar
190 Church St, Eccles, ManchesterFirst time I have been in this chippy for many years, my fish was cooked to order, the owner Rio showed me the fresh fish supplied direct from Fleetwood and it really looked fresh not frozen. Rio is very nice man, very customer focussed on getting things right, everything was spot on and our fish chips and mushy were excellent. I just found the best Chippy in Eccles, I will be back again and again.

The Waterside Bar, Rooms & Restaurant
1 Parrin Ln, Eccles, ManchesterDuring our 3 night stay we tried the breakfast and sunday dinner menu, all of the food was delicious and the service was good from the staff. \n\nWe stayed in the Bridgewater room, the decor is nice and the room was clean, it is a shame there is a lack of natural light in the room and it is very difficult to do make up and the windows only open a tiny fraction so there is a lack of fresh air. the wi-fi was barely working all weekend and I had to use my phone data to be able to put netflix on the tv. It was also concerning that a lock box upstairs was left open when we went to check out, no staff were around and various keys were on display for anyone to use.

Ilirian Greek Taste Eccles
49 Church St, Eccles, ManchesterI stumbled on this restaurant by accident while riding the trams in Manchester. The food was excellent. I highly recommend if a visit if you’re ever in Eccles. The restaurant is close to the tram terminus.

A nice greeting, we were shown to the bar to get a drink as we were a little early for our table. The service was great throughout the evening. All our food came out at the same time and was really nice; the lamb, the mixed grill, the chicken with spinach and feta. The baklava dessert was very nice too. The cocktails were also very nice. There was a singer on which was a nice addition to a super evening. We were not rushed and enjoyed our evening. We will be back.

The Blue Bell
41 Monton Grn, Eccles, ManchesterBrilliant breakfast twice this week wasn’t busy at 10am. Last time we were in at 11am and it was slightly busy. It was lucky for us that I don’t think lots of people are aware they serve breakfasts until noon.
Great breakfast tastes fresh, service was amazing very friendly and chatty.

159 Monton Rd, Eccles, ManchesterI had my baby shower in the mezzanine area. Everything was very well organised. It was set up nicely on arrival. The afternoon tea was lovely. We had our own member of staff on the bar in the area just for our use. Would definitely recommend for events!

241-243 Monton Rd, Eccles, ManchesterA treat from me to me. I did notice that the staff were thin on the ground, but my server was very efficient and polite. He brought my coffee to where I was sitting, I use a walking stick and l have difficulty carrying cups of hot coffee. The area was clean and there was a faint hum as other customers were chatting. Overall, a most relaxing atmosphere to share with friends or simply by yourself.

184 Monton Rd, Eccles, ManchesterMe and my partner came here last night and when I tell you the food is out of this world that’s not a understatement the popadom and chutney tray came and that on it’s own was lovely then the fish came out that was unbelievable but the star of the show for me was the butter chicken omg the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere we got loads and it was reasonably priced also get your moneys worth the staff was so attentive welcoming and polite we will defo be coming back we have now found our permeant Indian restaurant thank you for the amazing food atmosphere and great night

The sauces are really tasty and company the kebabs well.
On this occasion, I had a mixed Kebab, and chips, all came quickly and was great value for money for the fantastic portion size.
Usually in a crowded market, quality suffers, but this foot was tasty, and hot when it arrived.
I have been to this place maybe a dozen times and id say it was the most consistent and for your typical kebab shop style food, the best of the bunch along Liverpool road

Though the decor is tired and without glamour, the manager made us feel welcome and ensure that they fulfilled our dining expectations. I recommend this restaurant if you love delicious Indian food.

Amazing food, generous portions and they very kindly threw in complimentary onion bhajis and papadoms. Will be one of our go to’s from now on!
