Arriving at Manchester Airport to start an eight days holiday in Prague my twin brother Stephen and I dropped into this Costa Coffee outlet in Terminal Three as we had time to kill before our flight. A modern outlet,great decor and furnishings,a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer ,it's a cool airport cafe. Under strict COVID 19 rules, detracted from the more pleasent test that I have had here, initially wanting to sit inside and drink my coffee was unable to do so again due to current restrictions. The staff I must admit were both pleasent and sorry for the normally tranquil surroundings being disrupted.

Ellie served my coffee today, and went the extra mile. My first cup was returned as it was it quite hot enough. Immediately sorted and provided more sugar etc without fuss. Thank you Ellie
