Dot, the lady behind the counter of the Manchester Piccadilly Pasty shop, was just laying out hot, delicious freshly baked pasties at 5:30pm on a wet Friday evening.Being helpful & friendly, she told me about the different pasties & certainly had me buying one!This was just what a cornish pasty should be!

Second time I've got a pasty from here and you are employing the most miserable member of staff I've ever encountered in my life. No pleasantries whatsoever. The only time she spoke was to tell us the price and then turned her back on us. This was at 19:45 on Thursday 26th October. Honest to God get her some customer service training or better still GET RID.
