It's a pleasure to go to Waterstones... there's a myriad of books, cards and gifts to choose from and the staff are kind and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. This extends up to the first floor Cafe which serves delicious savoury food and cakes. There's the benefit of a lift too. What's not to love. ?
Great place to choose your favourite reading. Chairs dotting around to break out a few chapters before rushing home to read. Thirsty work reading, wet your whistle with a very nice coffee, and good food. Staff are very helpful in making your visit pleasant. So. Why not 5 Stars? Back in the days of my visits, I would head straight to the computer section. 4 huge shelving cases, Linux was my speciality. Huge door stopper books. Maybe not much call today for such books.
