The food and service was absolutely amazing, the best Indian I have ever eaten in England! The service was very quick, attentive and personable, a great family business which they were obviously very proud of!
The best indian restaurant in Hampshire. We travel to Alresford every Friday, from Winchester, to collect our takeaway. Friday night is curry night! The Shapla is far superior to anything that Winchester has to offer. Chicken is always tender, unlike most popular Winchester restaurants.

This was a place I’d never been to before and it was an excellent meal. All the food was piping hot and the 7 friends were served at the same time. The staff were extremely good when taking the orders, but also checked the order again to ensure sure no mistakes. Very impressive.
