We have been customers for a few years now and I have to say we have yet to be disappointed. The waiting staff are lovely, polite and very accommodating. You can ask them for whatever they have to offer and sometimes a little more. The food is also very good. Makes us come back weekly.The food hall is wonderful with such a lovely variety of foods AND the Butchers department is Excellent!. The regular butcher is lovely, professional and extremely helpful. Nice shop, but since changing hands has become very expensive, and they have changed their butcher and baker, neither are as god as the ones they had before, but still super expensive.
Review Friday 2/2/24, 14:00 Rosebournes.No queues, fairly busy, all areas open. Lovely welcome, sat down and I really love the app order system, so easy to use, I don’t need to get up and queue. Drinks arrived in about 5 mins with a nice friendly face. Lunch arrived about 5 mins later. Tuna sandwich and side order of chips, coke and a cream tea.
