It was great the last time we came however this time we were left waiting outside with no attention for over half an hour before we went and got someone. We had to do this twice before eventually being served. When the drinks came out one of them was incorrect and we had to ask for the correct replacement. We visited the Basingstoke patisserie Valerie on a busy weekend morning, we did have a little wait for our food, but the staff were lovely, the food was worth the wait and our little girl loved her babyccino so all in all,very happy! We will visit again!! Thank you! ??

Big thanks to the Greek manager! We've been here before and didn't have the best experience, but the new staff has truly turned things around. Appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent service!
