Today I was served by Kerry-Ann. She was kind,funny and helpful. An absolute breath of fresh air to customer service.My sub was fresh and delicious.Kerry-Ann served us with a beautiful smile and a great sence of humour. She took time to make our subs perfectly. She was very patient as I had not been to a sub way for a long time and my friend had never been. Order today in store....obvious new staff manning the counters, while a lot of babble in the back room... This lad didn't have a clue but there was nobody front of house supporting him.Second time I have been let down by this store....prefer to order elsewhere, and if that doesn't raise a red flag to the franchise, wakey wakey!! Your staff appear lazy and uninterested, taking my business elsewhere.

Thought I’d give the Nachos another try, but sadly very disappointed, crisps hard, cheese hard and as for the salsa...tasted like a very tangy ketchup definitely not salsa, sorry but can’t recommend Nachos!
