wonderfully comfortable, like being a country house guest. Excellent, attentive staff. wonderful ambience. We stayed in 1999 and returned for one night last year. So glad to have rediscovered a beautiful relaxing haven. The staff took so much trouble to accommodate our needs. Nice to chat to them also.
good place to go for a new forest break the hotel was very clean and location is ideal for sight seeing all around the new forest area it has a good size swimming pool although the changing area could be improved, but would recommend and we will be returning
ALL staff were so attentive and helpful from start to finish and Laura and Alex went above and beyond, making the wedding run smoothly. The food was amazing and the rooms were so clean. The whole hotel had such a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the grandchildren loved the pool. Not one complaint
