Popped in for lunch with my partner. Friendly welcome as we entered, with offer of menus and question on what drinks we would like, which were then brought over to our table for us. Quiet Thursday lunchtime so no problem finding a quiet table.Had both full and lunchtime menus, we chose the lighter option of lunchtime, steak wrap and Sausage Hogie, both with side of fries. Ate here for dinner, saw good reviews, they were not wrong, had cornflake chicken with peanut satay & mango delicious, followed by beer battered fish & a pizza Does Pineapple belong on a pizza? Yes it certainly does, it was so tasty. The service was so friendly and helpful and all very good value for money as well. Saved room for pudding, nom nom nom.Food & drinks: Fabulous food highly recommend it, will be coming back here as we are relocating here from Scotland ???????

Had a lovely time at The Dolphin Inn this weekend with my friends. The food was alright but the service was some of the best I have received for a long time. I asked for their names and they were called Ed and Maia and they treated me and my friends with respect and were so welcoming! Will definitely be returning soon as the experience was great. Thanks for a lovely evening!
