It has a slow bar, breakfast was poor they now use a coffee and tea machine which has a constant line waiting! We had a twenty minute wait for a booked time, when we got a table the food was poor. I have visited in the past and it has gone down hill shame.

Only gave 3 stars due to location. Stayed for the night to visit the Christmas Market. Room old and very tired, we had two showers in the room only from the window seal all over bags on the floor and tye 2nd one in bathroom was very poor, breakfast was a joke at £13 per person, food cold staff lacked training, coffee machine not working, not enough sitting for people staying or very poor planning by hotel.

Great location only a short walk to the cathedral. We came for the Christmas markets. Check in was easy, the lady was very nice and helpful. We booked 2 rooms but we were on separate floors so the lady tried to put us together but was not able to do so.We paid extra for a garden view, our room was right at the very end of the corridor as far as you can go so our view directly outside our window was just a tree, if you looked left you could see the garden but seeing as the windows...read full review
