Nice off the beaten track pub. We didn't have food, but the beer was good and affordable. The staff and locals were all very friendly. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
Frequently attend Thursday music sessions . Have eaten there a couple of times too. Been going there for several years . It is a very nice pub . Music is great with a varied and friendly bunch .

Me and the other two old farts went to the Black Swan for lunch last week. Two of us had sausage and mash the other had a ploughman very very nice we had bread and butter pudding after.we will definitely be back.
