We came in last Saturday and had the Christmas menu. We had our foster child with us who has complex additional needs. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff. Jake went absolutely above and beyond. He was was an absolute natural with our young man and sorted what could have been a very tricky situation and prevented a meltdown. We held our Hereford Veterans Support Centre charity Christmas lunch in The Imperial. The food was outstanding quality (and loads of it!) and very well priced. The staff worked really hard to ensure we were well looked after. We’ll definitely look to come back for future functions and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Staff were amazing when myself and my staff visited for Christmas lunch with 20 people with learning disabilities. Such a welcome. Food was hit, served with a smile and great value.
