Had a lovely stay at this hotel over Christmas with my Husband. Restaurant was delicious and staff was so lovely and kind to us. It was really great being able to have ice for the room as this winter has been very tropical and not cold at all!!Loved the view of the water garden from our room and on the first floor balcony attached to other shops, was nice to look at the lights for a smoke break. Second Christmas running stayed here while visiting friends. The location is perfect right in town, also the car park is connected which is ideal. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and good. All for a reasonable price. The staff are really helpful also definitely recommend staying here if visiting

Only stayed one night. Check in not the usual machine check in but an old fashioned check in desk. Coffee machine broken so not available for breakfast. No staff around so could not find any porridge.
