You are greeted like family when you walk through the door. We were staying away from home for a few days and found Sitar on a Google search, enjoyed it so much we returned the next night.
I've never been "out for a curry" before and was not dissappinted when I came to Sitar!!! Easily subbed the best curry in Hemel, and rightfully so! The staff is incredible, knowledgeable and kind, the food is delicious and prices very reasonable. If you can't eat it all, you can get a box to bring it home with!Nice linen table cloths and napkins, and their display ans presentation of food is great! A superb indian restaurant which knocks the spots of many that we’ve tried up and down the country. We had an excellent meal - Vegetable Biriani for Mrs N and three sides as a main for me. Tarka Dahl, Saag Alloo and Mushroon Bhaji with a chipati. With drinks and poppadoms sensibly priced this was exceptional value for money and would explain why the place was packed early on Saturday evening.
