Where do I start? My mum and I have been visiting Chipperfield Garden Centre since I was tiny, but only recently have we discovered the Gardener's Retreat cafe. Oh. My. Goodness. The food is DIVINE and the staff are so so friendly and attentive. I'm an adult with autism and the staff remember me because I have a preference for plain chicken nuggets and chips. Not sure if this Cafe, situated in a Garden Centre is new, but this appears to be only its 2nd Review. A mixture, excellent, hot, Ciabatta served with Chicken, Ham, Coleslaw and a Salad Garnish. Big enough to share. Very fresh Bread. More staff needed, as waiting times rather long and clearing / cleaning the Tables rather lacking. But, totally excellent Coffee.
