Great service and lovely food, a proper traditional English pub experience. Staff at the Cock Inn were hugely helpful and very friendly and the food was to much. I had the Pie of the Day and more wife had the fish and chips and both were lovely, this pub gets the classics right! Special thanks to Elliot behind the bar who was lovely and gave us the perfect recommendation. We will be back!
Historical pub in beautiful countryside, very welcoming with excellent staff, good beer and large portions including gluten free & vegan options for the Sunday roasts. The veggie pie was tasty with a great crust though somewhat vegetables with vegetables so a nut roast (or did I see Vegan Steak & Ale pie in another review?) may be nice but overall recommended.

Fantastic food in a beautiful setting. The roasts in particular are sublime and I’ve had the best sticky toffee pudding of my life here. Would highly recommend. I especially love how dog friendly the pub is.
