It needs to improve as their is a lot of competition in the area from chains and locally owned cafes. Service was fine but by ordering a set sub you get two salad choices, if you build your own you used to get unlimited. Sign being outside Greggs meant a few including me walked in their and as the chains are very alike it's only the lack of salad at the counter that made me realise. Subway like any other, staff is kind the place is clean, sadly the guys don't allways follow the specific procedure for constructing subways.Eg: when making a mega meat, the meatballs go last so the bread dosent get so damn soggy from the marinara the rest of the meat acts like a base ?Minor differences change the taste and consistency, idk if I'm paying what 9£ for a baguette and it's not don't the way it's supposed to I'd rather just go make it myself.

There are a couple of Subways in Stevenage. Two in the town centre, one in the High Street and one in the Industrial Area at the BP garage so you can get salad from them quite easily. I like visiting the one in the Town Square and it is always good food, The staff are friendly and they provide good service. I have never had a bad experience there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
