I think this was my first visit to this chain, I have to say that the service, from the time we stepped through the door until we left, was excellent. The young staff were attentive, polite and helpful in explaining how things worked. The food was well presented, freshly prepared and tasted so good. I've been here several times and the food is 9/10 pretty good, however that 1/10 when it isn't good it's inedible. On two separate occasions a chicken dish has been raw, however the staff were very kind and delt with it well. All and all, if you like any other wagamama's restraunt you'll like this one although I'd take some caution when ordering chicken dishes, especially if it's a busy time.
