We recently held a wake here following a family funeral at Barham crematorium and I can only say that there's nothing about it I would change.We were given the garden room at the back of the pub which is a lovely warm inviting space, teas & coffees were already put out to welcome us & drinks could be ordered at the bar to be put on the funeral tab. A beautiful buffet soon appeared with an excellent variety that catered equally well for our vegan guests as it did for meat eaters....read full review

The Black Robin was a perfect venue for a recent family wake. The room, staff and food were fabulous. What can be a sad occasion became a brilliant family get together. I would highly recommend this venue.
