Great hotel. Really lovely attentive staff, delicious breakfast and they provided a shuttle service to and from the local wedding venue. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Possibly the very best pub food I've ever had. And certainly one of the warmest welcomes: if I lived in Upnor I reckon I might never leave the pub (though it's a lovely village, so maybe). Note to self:- it's ok not to eat so much next time ?

Reminds me of being at Claridges so Posh!

staff super friendly beer is expensive, so keeps out the scumbags

The food was absolutely amazing, i had the house special sirloin which for £43 came with a bowl of olives, large starter which was a cured sausage set on fire before my eyes with garlic bread, a huge skewer of steak, my choice of 3 sides which were all delicious and a home made desert for afters! The staff were lovely, the restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated. It was recommended to me by a friend who lives locally and I would highly recommend this to others myself
