The attention to detail is outstanding. Every part of the experience from the tour of the small holding, the knowledgable staff, exquisite and beautifully prepared courses to the ambience was just joyful. We even had our family name printed & on the table. It's the little touches.We were down visiting my son & fiancé over the festive period and this was an extra Christmas present. Just go here, you will not be disappointed. 7 of us dined here. The staff were welcoming and very good, explaining the sources of food and the ethos of the restaurant. While there were things on the menu I would not normally eat, I intended to try it anyway. And the food was excellent, as good as any Michelin starred restaurant I have eaten in.
