Very beautiful and ancient place feels like you are in a palace. Was surprised at first but felt amazing. Staff were not inoff for the service required it took more than half an hour for the drink to come on table. apart from that wonderful place.
Was in Folkestone for the weekend. It’s always my thing to visit atleast one JDW everywhere I visit.This place is in the city centre, need to climb up a few steps (couldn’t find accessible entrance). Was there for an early Sunday morning breakfast.Got the usual English breakfast and pancakes. And coffee. The usual taste and free refills on coffee.The staff were very friendly. Lovely big church converted into JDW. Managed to get a pint and they did have a lot of local ales...read full review

We just popped in for a drink and to check the building out. The building was amazing well worth checking it out. The staff were friendly and there was a lovely atmosphere in there. We will be going back again and plan to have a meal next
