I called in for a d/expresso , and realised I was short of the full cost , i said to the young lady “I’m short luv,, “ and the young lady said “don’t worry, choose what you’d like and I’ll pay the difference “How kind … it was only 5p but she didn’t know. I didn’t get her name , but it was around 3:30 on 22/8 23 . Service ??
There was a lack of choice of cakes when we went. The service was pretty quick and staff were friendly. We were given our drinks which were tasty in disposal cups which was annoying as we were drinking in and other customers had proper cups.Seating area was clean but not large and didn't feel like somewhere you wanted to sit for long.

Just a "normal" Costa, nothing exceptionally good to report, but also no complaints.This store is inside a service station, and uses shared tables etc.Very busy, even on Christmas day.Parking: Free for two hours.
