Sorry but every time I think I’ll give this branch a chance I’m let down never get the coffee I order, they Cannot I repeat Cannot make flat whites always a white coffee always glared at if I ask for a proper one. Went in yesterday I understand the situation at the moment but tables not cleared no cleaning going on and a lousy coffee. I shan’t chance it again I’ll go elsewhere I love a good coffee and I love Costa but this branch is a let down.
Notice in window. The shop is opening 10 til 12 Christmas day to give free breakfast to the needy / homeless. Seems it is even the management that is staffing.this.not the foot soldiers. Makes me remember there are a lot of good people in this world of ours still. Go Costa, you have my loyalty the whole year

I dont know where some of these bad reviewers were drinking perhaps it's the British rail cafe but certainly not the Rainham Costa, 100% always get good service 100% always get a good to great coffee, as for the guy who said I went home and made a coffee, why didn't you in the first place, place far better now with the new manager Nichola I believe, good shop keep it up.
