Food great as normal but if you want to be shouted at by the female assistant to come to the checkout BEFORE you have even selected your purchase go there, also after you paid she leaves your items her side of the screen so you have to reach thru, no offer of a bag or thankyou for shopping etc, very rude very confusing to a disabled person like me. Friendly staff and there is always a nice selection. This wouldn't be my first choice for a sandwich in rainham. I would use bunkers on station road by the fish mongers.Sometimes their food can be cool or scalding. It always seems luck of the draw.First thing of the morning the seating and bar area was dirty

Normally good but i don't know what was up today. I popped in at lunch and all the food looked like it had been sitting there since they opened in the morning. Food was stale. How can they charge money for food that can’t even be eaten?
