Great all-around dining experience, I just wish the food could live up to it. The last few times I've visited Nandos restaurants, the food is pretty basic. The Chicken breast is always dry and it just lacking.Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff, always willing to help with the high chairs.
When we arrived, admittedly without booking, we were told there was a 30-minute wait and to come back. This despite the restaurant being half-empty. When we returned, we were shown to a table by a waitress who told us to order using the QR code on the menu holder. None of the items shown in the menu appeared on the website the QR code took me to, so I took our order to the till. The woman at the counter could not have shown less interest but did take my order. Lovely meal, very tasty and fresh. Easy to order food, very helpful staff on the till. There was a little mix up with one meal and it was rectified immediately. Service from I think Rick and the manager was quick, smooth and professional. Value for money. Recommend to all.
