The service and assistance we received was excellent! Really attentive staff who helped with the mistake we made ordering via the QR code.\\nAsked if the food was OK just the right amount of times, made sure everything was good for us and generally very helpful and made us both feel very comfortable to stay once our meal was over. I’ve been to a fair few Bella Italian’s in the past and always make the most of getting my tesco my clubcard vouchers to pay for the food…bonus. I’ve always found them a bit hit and miss and the food a little ‘Chuck In the microwave’. We visited here on Easter Sunday fully expecting to be packed but it was very quiet. We had a great experience today at Bella Italia. Scott was very welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure our dining experience was pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble - we sat outside due to having our toddler and dog with us and without needing to ask, the heat lamps and music was turned on.
