Always look forward to a subway but a little disappointed this time. Lack of taste, didn't have the right bread and ran out of a few ingredients. Also it would be good to train the staff to prevent cross contamination of veg ingredients with meat. Same glove is used to pick up meat and then cheese etc.
Visited 2 days in a row . Day 1 , tills not working so could only use cash and not collect or use points . Fairly chaotic experience . Technology does go wrong so understandable . Day 2 .. no onion at least they told us before the order . However was asked of I wanted Chipotle seasoning on the potatoe grillers , replied yes . Sat down to eat and no seasoning on either of ours . Went in to query and told there was no seasoning available so they added salt . To be told this after...read full review

Generally ok but gets busy which makes some staff cranky. Most of the staff are friendly with good customer service. However, A "Lauren" one of the staff was extremely rude. May be due to pressure of lunch time though
