The Plough
Plough Hill, Basted, SevenoaksWe went to the Plough for Thai Night and wow it was amazing! The food was very tasty. The flavors were well-balanced, combining sweet, sour, and spicy elements in a satisfying way. The dishes were freshly prepared with quality ingredients. From the aromatic curries to most amazing fish dish, each item vibrant and bold tastes typical of Thai cuisine. It was both filling and flavorful, leaving a positive impression overall. We will definitely be going back!

The Kentish Rifleman
Roughway Ln, Dunk's Green, TonbridgeFirst visit this evening to this wonderful country pub, we live quite a distance away, however as my daughter is studying in Hadlow, we decided to try and find a pub nearby for my partners 40th birthday celebrations. We were so lucky to manage to get a table after a cancellation! Pie and pint night special this evening, we all had the Rifleman pie, and it was exquisite! Good size portions, and value for money, in beautiful, cosy surroundings with the most kind and attentive staff.
I’m not surprised it gets so booked up on a Tuesday evening! A true pleasure to see one of our now very few country pubs thriving. Thankyou so much to the whole team, we had a wonderful night, and will definitely be returning again soon.

Papermakers Arms
The St, Plaxtol, SevenoaksLovely pub and atmosphere. Very good selection of drinks, starters and desserts. Quality of what we had was very high and the service was excellent. The only reason why I don’t give the 5th star is that I found the choice of the mains quite limited and maybe a bit samey compared to other gastropubs.
