This place is so cosy and comfy in many ways. The service is welcoming and friendly and the staff are so happy to be flexible to your needs.Went here as two vegans and had quite a few choices of menu items that were ‘accidentally vegan’ rather than vegan alternatives. I try to make a beeline to this lovely tea shop whenever I'm in Lydd. The staff are so friendly & helpful. And the sandwiches, filled jacket potatoes, scones & cakes are fresh & homemade. Delicious! And so reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

First visit today and certainly won't be the last! Friendly helpful staff, made us feel extremely welcome and nothing seemed to be an effort ?Fantastic lunch, and cakes..Well what can I say.....but moreplease!
