I recently visited the Royal Oak in Lydd and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The pub had a great atmosphere, with a pool table for entertainment and live bands every Saturday night. The jukebox had a great selection of music and the drinks menu was top-notch. They had London Pride as the only real ale, but they also had a great selection of low-calorie lagers and zero alcohol options. The pub is spotless from the minute you walk through the door. Beer is really well priced. Has beer garden, darts board and pool table all in good nick. They also show live sky sports

Had a great time all the other customers were really good fun and welcoming. The landlady and her husband were really friendly and nothing was to much trouble 10 out of 10 all round great place to go. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.?
