“My dad and I went today for lunch. We both had pie mash veg. It was delicious !!! - mash nice - pie full of chunks of meat - veg perfectly cooked and lots of gravy. Good size portion(had to leave some) and very good price - my dad (often a fussy bugger)? said it was the best pie he has tasted !! We will def come back. Wish I had taken a pic of food now to show the generous portions”

“Held my father's post-funeral wake at The Three Horseshoes recently and it was the perfect send-off. Brilliantly organised, lovely food, attentive and helpful staff, very reasonable prices. On top of that, it's just a really REALLY nice country pub. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“Tony and Jack arranged my Aunt's wake. We couldn't have asked for more. From initial enquiry right though to the end of the day nothing was too much. Catered for all dietary requests and the food was first class and plentiful. Thank you from all the family”

“I reserved the Harrow for my 40th birthday celebration. Alison catered for the 70 guests incredibly well including her excellent pizzas. I had fantastic feedback from guests on the buffet and we had a tremendous evening utilizing the whole venue, including the barn and gardens. I look forward to visiting again soon and would thoroughly recommend the venue and staff for birthday or other celebrations! Huge thanks to Alison, Dave and Ciera. Chris and family!”

“I met up with my friends for dinner on a Friday evening. It was a lovely quaint country pub. The food surprised me, as it was cooked so incredibly well. For starter I had the nocellara del Belice olives. They were so juicy and fresh. For the mains I chose salmon, green beans, new potatoes and dill hollandaise and it was made to perfection with really fresh salmon. For dessert, I opted for the crumbled chocolate brownie, chocolate ganache, chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce. Well this was just a work of art. This dessert is rich but was absolutely sublime. As a chocolate lover, at first it did not look like it would be enough, but it was the perfect chocolate hit. The ganache was very rich and thick, the ice cream was so unbelievably smooth and creamy, and the brownie finished it off with nice differences in textures.”
