Clean, warm, friendly atmosphere and seemingly plenty of staff. Ordered food and drinks at the bar and found a table in the bar area. The food arrived quickly, was hot and tasty. However we had to get up and find out own cutlery, which was stored in a communal bucket type arrangement, along with condiments etc. Not only does this not seem to fit with the level of service or quality of the surroundings and food, but there were no forks so then I had to go and find someone, who then went and found some forks to replenish the bucket. All a bit frustrating and would've been much nicer if cutlery was delivered with the meal, which would've been simple enough.
