75 High St, TenterdenWe've been going to this restaurant for quite a few years now and it is consistently excellent. This dishes are really good quality, the portion sizes are just right, the atmosphere is perfect. Well worth a visit next time you're in Tenterden.

Peggotty's Tea Shoppe
122 High St, TenterdenI have had two birthday afternoon teas here, one a few years ago and one yesterday. Both of the visits were lovely.
Yesterday, I went with my 9 month old daughter and mother, the lovely staff supplied a chair-top booster seat and our waitress was so, so helpful. The sandwiches were delicious, the scones and cakes were amazing and we took the leftovers home in a box for later. Very highly recommended ?

Bottega Montalbano Gelato

We stopped here for a coffee and a pastry, which, I must say, they were authentic and tasty, the coffee also was creamy enough.
We saw they have a restaurant just around the corner, and they also sale 100% italian products.

The Latte Lounge
Unit 2-3, Coombe House, Coombe Ln, TenterdenWe got the Latte Lounge to do the catering for my Nans funeral. We chose the "End of life" cold buffet. It was absolutely spot on, delicious sandwiches, gorgeous savoury pastries, scotch eggs and more.... All freshly homemade. There was plenty to feed everyone! The amount of people that commented on how fabulous the food tasted (which was many) was the result of the professionalism of Sharen and her team. Thank you for taking care of us xx

Truffles at Coco
128 High St, TenterdenThis is such a fabulous little place to visit. Their chocolate selection is wonderful and Kevin is so knowledgable about the sweet treats he makes. Sitting outside drinking coffee and watching the world go by is a great way to spend time and is made even more special with a few chocolates.

8 Sayers Lane, TenterdenWow…I have hunted for hot coffee for some time now. Over the years Big well known coffee shops giving me warm coffee has left me asking for everything “extra hot” but today I found the perfect hot coffee in this lovely cafe in Tenterden. Well done very hot coffee and lovely tea cake as well as nice low key music and a very friendly chap single handily running the place. Very happy place to stop for a break while in tenterden.

Tenterden Station, Station Rd, TenterdenThe best taproom in Kent. Bar none!! Family run. Family vibes. Great music. Great food. Extensive beer wall. Working my way through it. Tom is a fountain of knowledge and clearly loves his beer and what he offers. Great to find a place that not only caters the unique side of craft beer but also the unique side of actually being in love with the craft. Bravo. Can’t wait to come back and see what new treats they have for us!!!

1a-1b High St, TenterdenCaffè Nero has absolutely delicious coffee! They recently renovated the place, and it looks fantastic now. The music they play creates such a relaxing atmosphere. Their matcha is wonderful, and the pistachio croissants are simply heavenly. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy great flavours.

Coffee, company and staff were great for a lovely Sunday break from our trip through Kent’s gorgeous countryside of hamlets.
