Station Rd, RyeFound this café by accident and from the outside we had our doubts. Not so, inside is rustic, but very comfortable and quite modern. Outside at the back is excellent. Food very good and service top rate. We'll definitely be visiting again

Rose And Crown
B2088, Clayhill, RyeThis was my first visit to the Rose & Crown Clayhill, and everything was excellent, wonderful atmosphere, service, and food, and I couldn't fault a single thing. The menu selection is not overwhelming, which is something I personally prefer, but I am sure there will be something to suit nearly everyone's taste. The owner is a lovely lady who has owned the establishment for over 20 years and has surrounded herself with proficient, friendly staff. Everything is clean and hygienic, well-maintained, and really has a very good atmosphere. Parking is available opposite, though it was a little muddy, as to be expected given the torrential rain over the last few months. I thought the prices were very reasonable, the portion size was very generous, and, as mentioned earlier, the food was excellent. I have attached some pictures to show how wonderful the atmosphere is. I was busy taking pictures of the inside and forgot to take some of the actual food. My apologies for that.
I will update this review in the future and include pictures of the food, as I will definitely be returning.

The Broad Oak
Chitcombe Rd, Broad Oak, RyeCame here as the reviews said it was a dog friendly pub - oh my goodness I cannot speak more highly of this place! The food was amazing! Lady behind the bar was fantastic and the chef came out to meet us…… would drive back down here just for this pub!

Will's Bakery & Cafe
Main St, Northiam, RyeDelighted my day meant I could finally try this place I'd heard so many good things about.
Roadside parking was easy, and all the staff were bright and bubbly.
Spoilt for choice, I ordered a BLT and chose a nice looking bap.
Oh Actual My Days - it was absolutely sensational, easily the best deli snack I've had in over 40 years of grab&go dining.
Well done folks - I will be back as often as I can get to you.
Sorry, no piccies - I count myself lucky I didn't lose a finger, I simply couldn't stop eating long enough to even consider a photo.

The White Hart
Rye Rd, CranbrookThis gem of a pub/hotel rooms is a must. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and there's a great atmosphere in the bar. We stayed overnight and had a very nice breakfast. Try it and you won't be disappointed.
