They were not small portions either and they were scrumptious! Both dishes were full of flavour! We cannot believe the quality of food for the price. We will definitely be back!

My partner then collected it at the time I wanted it but was made to early, but they made a brand new one and let us keep the original. I want to apologise for leaving a bad review but I just want to say, the customer service was 10/10, they couldn’t do anymore, so thankyou so much again. The food was 10/10, unbelivable food, best in leyland.

I must admit the restaurant decor itself is a bit dated, but its clean and the service is exceptional. \nMain courses we had was mixed meat green pepper black bean sauce, beef green pepper black bean sauce, chicken curry and a sweet & Sour chicken. We ordered rice for 2 and there was plenty left.

Their vegan options are great too and as someone who is dairy intolerant, having allergens on your menu online is fantastic!

Normally the food is fantastic but today the chips were stale and moist, the rice barely warm and the main dishes ok. Called when it was 45 minute after the delivery time and was told they were waiting on the delivery driver and they'd give us some fortune cookies. ? Same as last time. Maybe get some more drivers for busy nights?

We have just celebrated my daughter’s “line dancing” themed party and both the management and staff along with the venue were spectacular! I can’t praise them enough. So very helpful, the food was as requested and very very good. The staff were all extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The “party room” is a fantastic addition to an already great venue and the French boules pit was the location for our line dancing tuition. Again, Adam helped out with making sure the entertainment had everything required and made the day run so very smooth. (Quick note to the Landlords, he is a credit to your establishment) in summary, whether you are planning a party or visiting for food (which is great) or just calling in for a drink, you won’t find a more welcoming and comfortable venue than the Rose and Crown. Thanks again guys

Farington Chippy is absolutely spotless – sparkling silver, clean glass counters, and beautiful tiled walls give it a fresh, modern feel. It’s a cute little find with big charm.
The staff are so lovely and friendly. There’s a relaxed, beachy vibe inside with decorations, menu boards and seating.
Now, the food… wow. Cooked fresh to order, everything goes straight from the fryer into your bag. It’s well worth the wait for each to prepared, because the freshness and flavour are unmatched. The fish is flaky with light, crisp batter. The chips are tasty and golden, and the mushy peas are proper traditional ones – definitely not tinned. Even the barm cakes were spot on!
This place takes pride in quality, and it shows. Highly recommend if you’re after proper fish and chips done right.

Brickcroft Ln, Croston, LeylandA beautiful spot for lunch out. Plenty of cyclists (to be expected on a bank holiday) and it's easy to see why this cafe is so popular. They've got a great set up with plenty of space to park both cars and bikes. Lots of outdoor seating as well as indoors. The food was good and the coffee was great! Dogs allowed in outdoor areas.
