The Alston Pub & Dining
The Alston, Inglewhite Rd, Longridge, PrestonWe were extremely impressed with the food today, we stumbled across this place bank holiday Monday after a long hike. I had the salmon and my husband had peppercorn chicken. My salmon was HUGE and was cooked perfectly. I am fussy and will send things back if I am not happy with them! But this was superb, you can tell the chef knows what he is doing! My hubby was very happy with his meal too. Compliments to the chef!

The Derby Arms
Chipping Road, Longridge, PrestonBooked a table for 4 as my parents were visiting from Australia. The service was good, everyone was very polite and helpful. It was a busy Saturday night but we never had to wait for service. The food was excellent, we all enjoyed our meals (and the wine) and would happily return.
