This is how a country pub should be run. Friendly welcome from the moment you walk in. A good selection of beers. The menu has all the usual favourites and they have an interesting specials board. The children on our group were well catered for and all the food was excellent. Its good to get a side dish of seasonal vegetables. A relaxed evening. They have kept their prices reasonable, compared to other pubs in the area..
The cross keys you must visit,we got a very warm welcome by all staff,plenty of choice on the menu but not complicated , food was reasonably priced,plenty of it and well presented, we will definitely return.
