That delicious sandwich was perfectly cooked by the friendly proprietor.
Plenty of parking with indoor and outdoor seating.

Emmott Ln, ColneVery enjoyable. Some confusion however with the birthday £10 off offer when spending £40 or more on a meal. It was thought that the deal did not apply to steaks (which l had) or lobster. On checking the terms and conditins once home it appeared that this exclusion was applicable to the 20% and 30% offers. However the gentleman sorting the bill was able to come to a mutually acceptable alternative. Even so l do feel that the birthday offer terms and conditions were not made clear on my booking site, which led to me experiencing initial stress after an otherwise pleasant evening.
