Great meal out with friends. All beautiful cooked and fresh. Fish and chips was fantastic with a big portion of fresh battered fish served with home made chunky chips, mush peas and tartare sauce. Home made Chicken Pot Pie was delicious as with the Hunters Chicken, again all home made. A good menu with all the usual pub classics and a specials board for something different.
Absolutely delicious meal. Well worthy of a visit. Party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food was really fresh, homemade and well cooked. Highly recommend and compliments to the check and service staff.

The best pub meal I have had in ages, all thanks to the lovely chef Jim! Laura the lady behind the bar was also so welcoming & friendly. The fire was lit & the pub was so cosy. We will definitely be heading there again for food & drinks. Thank you!
