Food was as expected, classic pub style. Not something I'd brag about but by no means was it bad. What really set it apart was the service. Every staff member we spoke to or interacted with was nothing but kind and courteous. Absolutely lovely place, can't wait to go
After very slow table service ( more so at taking desert order , got menu then heard nothing more for almost half hour) today I was told if I wanted a desert I would have to take it home as they wanted the table back !.

Had a beautiful carvery roast here back in February - really enjoyable evening service very good food was amazing !! 3rd visit here and we were not disappointed - The actual pub itself is very lovely too good atmosphere- we’ll be back !
