We turned up early lunch, and they were stacked out, we waited for over an hour, which is fine. After all, they were busy, and as we found out, short staffed. The service staff were stretched but friendly and polite.The food itself was tasty, but I feel the meat platter was pricey for what was on it.Would I visit again, yes
Had a family group Sunday lunch to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. He couldn’t have been happier. The service was excellent - so friendly, professional but unobtrusive. Fantastic family atmosphere. Super quality food too at reasonable prices. Even dogs are welcome. Thanks to all who served us, particularly the Nantes supporter!Been for scones and a cuppa too. The cheese scones are incredible.
