Was really good to be able to book online to get a table that day on the way back from a long trip, staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was very nice and hot!!! We shared the desert of the chocolate Dome but thought it would have been a bit bigger ? but all in all really enjoyed lunch…. Thank you
A family and dog friendly pub with lovely food and great staff. It can be noisy at peak times but there are quieter areas too . It is so good in fact that we returned for a second meal within 7 days!! If you want good home cooked food I would definitely recommend giving The Flying Childers a try. I will certainly be singing its praises to friends.

Great experience. From the welcome visit the staff were very friendly and efficient. Food of good quality, sufficient and well priced. My only criticism is that on the day quite a few of the Zero Alcohol beers were not available.
