Main St, Welby, GranthamFantastic burgers! The food really is superb, what dropped it from a 5 was lipstick on my son’s glass, my pint of Black Sheep being off and the tables pepper pot being broken. Not major issues but when the food is so good they let the side down.
Still, possibly the best burgers I’ve tasted.

24 High St, Ropsley, GranthamI already knew I loved this pub with it's delicious home cooked food, massive portions and lovely staff and environs. But today...oh my goodness....talk about knocking it out of the park.... I didn't want the meal to end! We had the Pan-fried salmon with new potatoes (I swapped mine for dauphinoise), with vegetables and a sea salt and seaweed cream sauce. Wowsers!! It was utterly spectacular.... the salmon was so fresh and tender, the potatoes and veg cooked to perfection and that sauce is something else! It was wonderful.
I urge you to visit and partake of it's delights before the specials board changes.
What a top quality treat on a Thursday lunchtime.

Woodland Waters/Willoughby Rd, GranthamWe didn't order food so can't comment but bar shop and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The solstice festival was an added bonus. Thanks for a great weekend and hope to visit again soon.
