Lovely little pub in long sutton, friendly staff, good entertainment, very dog friendly, GUCCI, sausage dog., highly recommended,.the local people are really friendly and welcoming, the landlady,Hellen gave me a nickname of, HALF A DAY DAVE, .Hillarious.
A nice, clean and tidy place to get your head down. I paid £40 a night for a double room which i found a bit pricey but given the lovely area its situated, it's understandable. A nice size shower, tea and coffee facilities and a friendly face on arrival.

It’s a ‘proper’ pub with friendly manager and staff. Don’t expect high tech or brand new furnishings, it’s well-worn but authentic and genuine. I will definitely stay again when working in this area. I also had 2 large bacon baps made the night before for me as I had to leave very early in the morning. Good, well priced food and menu there! It is dog-friendly too.
