This restaurant is the best Italian in eastern England... magical food, cooked fresh, wonderful staff and service and the chef comes out occasionally to check on its patrons. A real sense of being served magical food at a relaxing place, from starters to deserts - everything is simply out of the top drawer!!

Gurkha Oven

great place to have our first meal out after arriving from Australia. Delicious food and a warm welcome from the lovely staff. would definitely recommend and we'll go back again if we're down this way next time.

KATANA Japanese Cuisine (Teppanyaki & sushi)

Restaurant in the old fire station. Sushi was great - one of the best around. Service was very pleasant. The restaurant is very clean however it's a bit clinical and in our opinion lacks character. A bit of an echo so if it were full conversations might be a bit difficult. Having said that we would return simply because of the food!

The Curry Inn

First time there ! Food taste best around so far as I’ve tried all around a 30 mile radius since moving up here most of them don’t know how to cook a decent Curry and most people don’t know what a decent Curry tastes like ! l’m travelling 45 minutes to get there but it’s worth it! Nice friendly staff! I WILL BE BACK !

Caffè Nero

My wife and I went on 14/05/25 to Caffe Nero. The hard-working staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered 2 Cortados and 2 Almond Croissants. The Cortados were made to perfection. The coffee was excellent. And the Almond Croissants were superb. Just the right amount of moisture. Just perfect. So tasty. We will certainly return. Thanks to everyone involved for your hard work and the smiles.

Eastern Delight

I have no words. It’s the best take away place I’ve eaten, specially for Holbeach. From my first order it has never disappointed me. The kebabs are 10/10, the burgers both beef and chicken are amazing with the nacho cheese fries and the wings. Tried the Philly steak that had proper rib eye steak with their special sauce. I can’t fault this place, if you want a good take away, that has flavour, comes boiling hot and good for value. THIS IS YOUR PLACE. There are only two places I order from and this is the top!

Turkish Best Kebab

I asked boss one simple question “do you have nice chilli sauce” he replied “the best, homemade”
I can confirm he did not lie. This was one of the nicest kebabs I’ve had in a long time, meat cooked perfectly, and when I asked for lots of sauce he was not shy to put it on. I will definitely return eaxh time I am in the area - also great prices

Prezzo Italian Restaurant Spalding

We went to the Spalding branch of Prezzo for lunch on the 25th September We received a lovely friendly welcome from the staff, who showed us the menus and also took our drinks order. We ordered the Bruschetta for our starters and followed that with a Carbonara Rigatoni and a Bolognaise Rigatoni…….The food was superb and the service excellent. The staff were so attentive, but not imposing, and the ambiance and energy of the restaurant made it a pleasure to dine there. We have been to quite a few Prezzo restaurants around the country, but this one is by far the best one we have visited…..we will be returning.

Ayscoughfee Hall Cafe by Harringtons

We visited for a birthday lunch, food was excellent and every member of staff was lovely, delivering fantastic service, despite being extremely busy and under much pressure, everybody was kind and attentive. I would recommend highly. 10/10

Turners Fish Restaurant

I've eaten plenty of fish and chips from plenty of different places. This, in my estimation - is one of the best fish & chips shops in Lincolnshire, if not the UK! Keep up the good work.

Beautiful takeaway. Probably the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Restaurant was packed when collecting also which is always a good sign. Thank you for the lovely food

First time visit to this branch and the only negative was one member of staff.Initially when I approached the counter there were two members of staff behind the counter (didn't get names), a taller gentleman and a shorter person.The shorter one had no customer service skills what so ever, when I approached the counter there was no greeting, no "how can I help ", absolutely nothing, the shorter one just stood there and stared at me.I requested the first couple of items and then asked about an item that was not out, This was my first interaction with the taller gentleman. He said " just a moment" and came back and said the what I was after would be a couple of minutes. It was not a problem as I was in no hurry.As soon as it was ready it was brought out to me with professionalism and good manners.The order itself was okay normal Greggs bakes and sausage rolls. My only gripe with the food was that the vegan sausage roll was cold, but in the time they have been out, I don't think I've ever had a hot one.Over all good experience, all bar the one person behind the counter who customer service does not come naturally.

Central Fish & Chips

Great fish and chips. Having moved from Surrey, where standard fish and chip shops are absolutely awful. These are definitely on par with the fish and chips I grew up with in Brighton.

Pizza Latina

Went into shop to order pizzas to be delivered at our Camping & caravan site later in the evening. Lovely helpful people, excellent on time friendly delivery and our pizzas were delicious and still hot on delivery ? many thanks ?

RUSTIC Spalding

Group of 6 of us went last night . The food never fails to please. Just love the way the lamb is cooked , it’s the best . Even though full, we could not resist a desert .. the rustic special waffle .. was superb. Thank you

Holbeach Pizza & Kebab House

Just had a large Donnor with separate salad, my wife and I always share one as to big to eat one each.. I have to say it was absolutely banging, lovely crispy white and red cabbage with sweet raw onions and a flat bread filled with succulent donnor meat, chili sauce a bit to fierce for me but the wife loves it. Well done team, thought you deserved a mention to a job well done.

Excellent pizza for Individual and also event catering . Several times now planned large orders for delivery for work event . Great communication , planning and on time delivery with piping hot pizza for our lunch sessions and also night shift too . Will be using again and would highly recommend

The Kitchen - Great British home cooked food

As usual exceptionally great service from Jess and the team and the food was fantastic only had one issue the restaurant was too hot our party couldn’t take it sitting at our usual table sweating. if they just operated the aircon and keep it on we would have stayed longer and ordered more from the menu. Not everyone wants to eat out in their garden and some cool air would have been nice.

The Mall

Popped in tonight for a bite to eat! The service was exceptional - so nice to see these days!

We opted for the two course meal at £17 (Mon- Thurs) we both had the steak & ale pie which was really tasty. My friend opted for the Baileys donut for dessert and in her words ‘it was obscene’ she practically inhaled it - I opted for the chocolate orange dessert with coconut ice cream - the ice cream was to die for!

Will definitely be back! ??

We sometimes go in to grab it or get a delivery. Every single time the food has been outstanding. So tasty. I ask for salad in a separate box they accommodate. When we go in they are always so friendly and welcome and orders don’t take long. The delivery drives are friendly too. This is our go to take away place.

FAB Kitchen in Spalding is a great takeaway option. The food is delicious, and it offers great value for the price. The dishes are tasty, and it's a worthwhile choice for a meal.

I have ordered from here several times. A mixture of collections and deliveries. I cant fault a single problem. Every time the food has been amazing and not this greasy stuff either. It always tastes amazing and well wrapped. On collection the food has always been warm by the time im home. With delivery my food was at my door within 20 minutes and piping hot. Sultan Kebab And Pizza

The best food i ate in my whole life, 100% recommend, amazing service, the boss and the staff are very friendly, looked after me and my order very well, honestly its one of, if not the best kebab shop in spalding.

Absolutely beautiful food. Never any issues with our food and amendments. Mary at the front is absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for a more accommodating front of house - so welcoming and so personable. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Holbeach for a Chinese.

Bluebell Inn

What a find..we stayed 2 nights in the 'Fuggle', a beautiful and unique room with exceptional furnishings and every facility including built-in Bluetooth speakers.
I was allowed to park my motorbike securely in the barn.
Wonderful food and drinks confirmed by the friendliness of the staff and other guests.

Bennys Diner Long Sutton Limited

Excellent food great staff my elderly mum wanted beans on toast 1 bacon and 1 sausage. Lady asked if my mum was a big eater we said no. She suggested just beans on toast. Good choice mum couldn't even finish her beans on toast. Really friendly and food served very quickly.

Unique lovely space that boasts a friendly neighborly atmosphere. Barman and all customers are friendly. They offer ales from local breweries, many of the names were drawn from the history of the town.

The Waters Edge

As there was only one other customer we were able to choose where to sit. Two televisions to watch - one seemingly devoted to sports. Quiet and friendly. Dog friendly too.

Crystal Inn

I attended the Crystal Inn last night with my husband for the first time, it didn’t disappoint, the food was delicious, the staff friendly and polite. Portion sizes was good, I filled myself up on starters and soup, the staff were happy to pack up our left overs in take away boxes. Highly recommend

Had a great night at the Karaoke night. Great atmosphere and very welcoming.
Good sound from Karaoke, only gripe was that there was too much DJ ing in between the singing, so only got two sings each

Costa Coffee

We go to this Costa a couple of times each week.\nNo major complaints but as we try to sit near the window and door. Three times in 20 min I get up to open the door for disabled people. There is a button but next to the door where a person with mobility aid can not reach it and then the door opens where they are so they have to move back. It needs a button that opens the door where it can be reached by these people. Not to call for assistance.

The Black Bull

Today we had the savoury afternoon tea and all I can say is wow. The quality of everything was top quality. The sandwiches were fresh and had lots of filling. I've never seen such large sausage rolls or scotch eggs. We were unable to finish ours. The food was amazing and the service was second to none. Highly recommend

The Olde Ship Inn

Went about 6pm on a Thursday evening.

Easy parking.

Serves traditional British pub food cooked by chefs and all homemade.

I can recommend the homemade Steak pie served with vegetable and mash, other options available too.

Beautifully cooked and prepared. My wife's chicken burger was really nice too, served with chips and salad and coleslaw but with other options available too.

I would recommend you book ahead of your busy because this hidden gem is popular locally.

Bar snacks are also available on the menu.

Will go again.

Pacey's Bakery

Went for breakfast this morning with the wife and grandchildren ... omg I had the full English that was so delicious the wife had a cheese omelette she absolutely loved it and the gremlins had pancakes with Nutella and bananas .. and sprinkles the food and service was amazing and to top it off bought MASSIVE slices of batternberg cake from the bakery below highly recommend this place if you go as you won't be disappointed

The Moorings

Would just like to say how accommodating the Staff were when our small group of 8 people had a later than planned Lunch on 13th August. Our visit to the Gordon Boswell Romany Museum overran by over half an hour, making us late to arrive and order Lunch. A covered area riverside was put aside for us and we all enjoyed our meal.

The Loft is a wonderful, cosy and unique treasure of a cafe / venue. We received a very warm welcome and have been hugely impressed by the quality of the food and service.

The wife & I called in this afternoon & very pleased we did. Great little spot! The staff was friendly & the service was top tier! The food was beautiful, Very generous portions & perfectly priced. My lad was more interested in the toy area than being at the table with us haha. Nice touch! Will definitely be back when in the area!

I Left my mum today at the coffee shop as she isn’t able to walk very far at the moment for a coffee and a treat she always pops in as she loves it there! The manger came over and was talking to her whilst she was sat by herself and had a good laugh with her! Even offered her a free coffee. Thank you for looking after her whilst I was out. She has nothing but good feedback after we left.

Went for Sunday dinner and I can highly recommend the Sunday lunch it was one of the best I've tasted.. All fresh and the choice of meats and veggies was excellent. Don't get me started on the amazing gravy ?. Great value for money and the option of a desert if you have room.. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Lovely food, very reasonably priced. Atmosphere was very welcoming and was happy to have a chat with you. Made completely fresh and tasted delicious when we got back. Will definitely be going back.

Kan-Ton

Our regular delivery of Chinese was getting a bit lack luster so we tried Kanton for the first time this evening. When dialled it was engaged for a good 5 mins or so, so thinking from previous experience with other places it'd be quick and adhoc delivery. Oh how I like to be wrong... what a treat. We ordered a range of dishes and each and everyone was mouthwatering. Please pass thanks to the chef! It was perfect temperature, delivered in 45 minutes. Will definitely be returning.

Oh my god that was beautiful me and partner went in tonight for the first time after years of using central fish bar in holbeach and honestly these are the best fish and chips in the area abd id say best in lincolnshire. I had fish and chips and a battered beef burger which was lovely, partner had fish cake and chips, also beautiful. Chip portion sizes where perfect aswell especially compared to central where a large feeds a family of 4 and a small feeds a family of 3. These were perfect regular and large portions. Oh and as for cost holbeach 20 quid plus for 2 people, here 16 quid with the burger to try so no burger less than 15 quid for 2 people id say thats a damm bargain in todays world

Something Special

With certain establishments you get the feeling that you are being rushed to eat up and go. This is certainly not the case with Something Special at Birchgrove, in fact the opposite is true. As for the food itself you certainly get your money's worth in terms of quantity and quality. Some might say that the choice of menu is limited but that can be a good thing as it means you don't have to spend ages on deciding what to have. After eating there you'll probably won't need to eat for the rest of the day! However I would strongly recommend pre booking beforehand to ensure you get a table, especially if there is a few of you.

The Pied Calf

Wow! Wow! Wow! I have lived here for years and only just discovered this place has magnificent food! The quality is outstanding, and the value for money is second to none! We used to eat at the local Wetherspoons, but no more! The Pied Calf knocks the socks off Spoons when it comes to quality, choice, and price, and the staff are wonderful! ????? P.S. I ate my food without taking a picture, but the picture of the double burger on the menu is exactly what I got!

Great service this morning from staff. Really nice sandwiches and freshly made salads. Loads of choice! Way nicer than the ready made stuff from the shops and better value for money too!

St Barnabas Hospice Charity Shop (Spalding)

Wonderful selection, always find something great in there at a decent price. Staff generally are very friendly, always love to chat with the gentleman in there. The lady with the Northern accent always seems very chatting with other customers, but I’ve always found her quite abrupt/rude with me, despite being a regular. Can barely get a ‘Hello’ from her.

Last experience wasn't so good. But today if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Food was so warm like it was just taken out of bakery. Even if they didn't had full set of steak beaks call was fast and pleasant delivery even faster than expected

The Ivy Wall - JD Wetherspoon

Spend a wonderful sunny afternoon here in the beer garden with my husband and a cold pint of lager. I'm not sure which one of them I loved more.Not the best decorated spoons i have been to but the staff were friendly and the service was quick.Another Wetherspoons off my list and highly recommended if you're in the area and like me you love all things spoons.

We had ice cream here. Lots of lovely flavours.The server found it difficult to hear me over the counter and got the orders wrong.... But it was okayThe door was in an awkward place re the queue and getting in and out.It was Busy noisy day as was the flower show. Staff were run off their feet.We will try again on a quieter day!

Jacks Fish Bar

This is probably one of the best fish and chips I have ever had it tastes so good and so filing. Portions are really big and the fish is just amazing 100% deserve 5 stars!!

Morrisons Cafe

Went Saturday for lunch, got the ultimate fish and chips. It was well cooked and nicest I've had for a long time. Brought own sauce from store first as there is never enough in those tiny packets but we'll done for a great meal.

McDonald's Vicarage Lane

Food is served quickly. Staff are polite and helpful. I went around 23:00 one evening and they were only allowing orders from the car bays via the McDonalds app. Pretty good overall.

Quick convenient McDonald's drive thru, food was fresh out the window and staff friendly.
Just watch out if you're turning right outside the main area as it can be a pain joining the main road at the road about.
