My partner and I popped in to Costa while shopping at the retail park. My partner had a Black Forest hot choc and I had an Irish Cream hot choc. Delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I have never known costumer service quite like what Cameron gave us today. He is the guy you need at the end of a rough day to make you smile. Has a really good sense of humour, not only with us but with every costumer he came across whilst we were in there. He went out of his way to make someone smile. I really hope he gets the acknowledgement that he deserves. He is truly a star to your business and has certainly added a genuine smile into my day.
