The girls weren’t having the best day today due to technological issues. But for me, as a customer it’s not about that, as that’s completely out of their control. As long as the customer service is good (which it was) very good in fact, that’s all that matters. I thought the manager handled the situation well- leaving two customers satisfied who might’ve left feeling otherwise had she not jumped into action. I think Costa is the best place to get a REAL coffee. And by that, I mean ground and prepared, not instant. I like Costa. Others might disagree, but it is good. Medium Cappuccino, anyone?

Their coffee is getting very strong recently not sure if their using their new blend of coffee that their always asking if you want to try it or if they are doing too many coffee shots.
