Absolute disgrace to say. This company has a contract with the military. I am a vulnerable person but yet left to live in a damp and mouldy house that they are in charge of. Incompetent staff. Logo Happy to help. Absolute rubbish.
Terrible customer service! Any concerns or complaints raised get ignored or brushed off with ‘sorry, we can’t do anything’. They are more than happy to have their serving members live in poor circumstances and not address issues that affect families mental health!
